No. All registration fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you have selected the correct category before completing payment.
Can I transfer my bib to another person? ▼
Bib transfers are not permitted. Each registration is personal and tied to the registered participant's information for safety and insurance purposes.
What time does the event start? ▼
Flag-off begins early in the morning. Detailed race day schedule including warm-up, Zumba session, and race flag-off times will be communicated to all registered participants via email.
Where do I collect my race kit? ▼
Race kit collection details will be announced closer to the event date. Most likely at Tropicana Hall, Sandakan on the day before or morning of the event. Check your registered email for updates.
Can students join the free category? ▼
Yes! The 5KM Student Fun Run is FREE and open to all Form 3, 4, and 5 secondary school students. Valid student ID will be required during race kit collection.
